What’s New And Queer In Streaming This June 2025

Need something to watch? Here are 2SLGBTQI+ shows and films debuting on streamers this June…

It’s Pride Month and there is plenty of new queer content to add to your watch list!

This June, we’ll see the return of The Buccaneers on Apple TV+ and the long awaited third season of Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia. Disney+ will debut its latest superhero show, IronHeart, which features the first out trans actor in a Marvel series.

There is a rich line-up of documentaries related to queer life debuting this month as well. Enigma, which just screened at Inside Out Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival, will be available on Crave and Bulletproof: A Lesbian’s Guide to Surviving the Plot will make its Canadian premiere on CBC Gem.

Streamers are also curating specific collections spotlighting 2SLGBTQI+ voices, like Mubi’s “This is Not a Coming Out Story” catalogue depicting queer lives through a prismatic lens.
