The bracket two queens get shady with a rap roast. Musician Chappell Roan is a guest judge…
Last week we met our bracket two queens for the first time. It’s a group filled with OG Ru girls, a new face, and lots of shade. Last week for their first all stars challenge, the queens made ball-ready looks out of mystery fabrics and objects. Lydia B Kollins and Tina Burner wowed the judges with their handmade outfits, but Lydia took the extra point after winning the lip sync. This week, we’ll see how the safe queens distribute their points, and read each other to filth in a roast challenge. Let’s get into it.
This week’s episode begins with the four safe queens getting back into the werk room. Mistress is not feeling great about having less points than Tina and Nicole tells the other queens a point or two would be a great belated birthday gift. There are a couple of alliances already at play, so the distribution could go any way. Lydia and Tina enter the room and in confessionals Jorgeous is a little jealous of the attention Ru is giving Lydia. Kerri asks Tina how she would distribute her points and she says she’d give it to the most valuable queen, but Nicole says she doesn’t want to give a point to a top queen. Mistress tells the group how the points should go out, gets shady when Nicole tries to give her point to Kerri, which prompts Nicole to give it to Mistress, and then Mistress does a bait and switch and gives her point to Jorgeous, which gags Nicole and Kerri because now Jorgeous and Mistress each have two points and Nicole and Kerri have none.

It’s a new day in the werk room and the points have been updated on the scoreboard. Everybody congratulates Lydia for winning and Mistress officially welcomes her into her family. Nicole asks Mistress if she just gives her Brooks name away to just anyone which causes a bit of a fight. Ru interrupts with a video message about spitting verses, and when he enters the room he tells the queens that for this week’s maxi challenge the queens are doing a roast rap battle, for the first time in the show’s herstory. Since Lydia won the lip sync, she’ll get to assign the order for the rap roast. In confessionals, Lydia doesn’t know whether to be shady with it, or give everyone what they want to stay on their good side.
They break off into pairs to work on their rap roasts. Mistress tells Lydia she knows Lydia can roast, and even though she hasn’t done a roast before, she knows she has this challenge in the bag. Mistress asks Lydia what she’s doing about the order and encourages her to be mean with it, but Lydia is still a new Brooks, and she doesn’t know whether she wants to swing that way just yet. She asks the queens where they want to go in the order. Nicole is a little nervous about the challenge but she knows she wants to read Mistress to filth. Both Kerri and Jorgeous made an impact on their roasts, so they’re both feeling confident about turning it out. After Lydia surveys the room she heads to the corner to work on the order and Kerri follows her to try to build some kind of connection between them.
After some deliberation, Lydia announces the order as follows, Tina, Nicole, Lydia, Mistress, Jorgeous, and Kerri closing out the roast. Everybody is happy with their placement, but Tina is a little confused about the alliance she thought she was building an alliance with Lydia. By the mirrors the two of them talk about points and fairness. Nicole vows to really drag it up this week after her runway critiques in the last challenge. Mistress asks the queens if they’d give points to her and Jorgeous and the rest of the queens reply with a hell no. This week’s extra special guest judge Chappell Roan enters the room while the queens are painting and asks them what they’re up to. Lydia actually opened for Chappell on her last tour and the queens thank her for uplifting local queens at each of her shows. Chappell tries on a wig and takes a selfie before it’s time to head out to the main stage. Kerri opens up about how her parents don’t accept her trans identity, and tells them how important it is that she has the chosen family she does. Lydia tells Tina she feels like she has a target on her back.
Out on the main stage Ru introduces the judges for the week Michelle, Ross, and this week’s special guest, Chappell Roan. The roast begins with Tina and she sets the bar high for the other queens. Nicole is next and she does a great job too. Lydia pulls out good lyrics and wordplay. Mistress’s verse is also really strong. Jorgeous gets a lot of laughs from Ru and the judges, and finally Kerri’s closing rap doesn’t include any names but the crowd seems to like it. Following the rap roast battle, the category on the runway is “Little Shop of Whores” and the queens strut one-by-one in their floral-inspired looks.
Critiques start with Tina. Michelle enjoyed her performance but said it was too wordy, but Chappell loved it. Ross loves her Tiger Lily runway look and how it’s a tribute to her mother. Chappell tells Jorgeous her performance felt effortless, and Michelle loved her lyrics calling them smart. The judges all love her elevated Venus Fly Trap look. Chappell loved Nicole’s lyrics, and Ross tells her that because she didn’t try to rush anything, the judges totally understood her and Michelle tells her she looked amazing during the roast but has some critiques for her runway. Ross loves Lydia’s theatrical and fashionable runway look, and Michelle tells her she looked nervous and she put a lot of words into her rap, but Chappell says she could understand Lydia the best out of everyone. The judges tell Mistress she ate the challenge up from the look to the delivery. Chappell tells her she’s so scared of her but she loves her for it and Ross loves the unexpected MIB runway look. Finally, the judges tell Kerri it’s no surprise her runway look was so exquisite, but Michelle tells her there was not really roasting in her roast.
After deliberations, Ru announces the top two queens of the week are Mistress and Jorgeous. The top two queens lip sync for the extra point to Hot To Go by Chappell Roan. Both queens give it their all with reveals, splits, toe touches and choreography, and it’s a tie! Both Jorgeous and Mistress split the tip and the single extra point, giving them both 4.5 points. The rest of the queens will distribute their points at the beginning of next week’s episode.
Next week on All Stars: There’s drama in the werk room and the queens star in a movie Rusical with Ru herself.
