Puma Celebrates Pride 2021 With Forever Free Pride Collection

The beloved sportswear brand is also partnering with IN to help raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues…

Puma is celebrating this year’s Pride season with a slick capsule collection they designed in partnership with model and LGBTQ+ activist Cara Delevingne. Alongside the release of the Forever Free Pride collection, the brand is stepping up and showing commitment to raising awareness surrounding LGBTQ+ issues as part of its continued year-round support for the community.

The Forever Free Pride collection features bright details and rainbow patterns, and includes T-shirts, hoodies, a bodysuit, leggings, and even a fanny pack. Prices range from $35 to $85 CAD.

Don’t worry…for sneakerheads there’s also a Pride-inspired take on the brand’s classic Suede sneaker coming later this summer.

A Puma ambassador since 2016, this is Delevingne’s second time partnering with Puma to design a rainbow-hued range in honour of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s also her most personal and introspective collaboration, inspired in part by navigating her life as a queer woman and the idea that in order to exist to one’s fullest potential, we must express and show all the parts that make us unique.

“For my second Pride collaboration with Puma, I wanted to not only celebrate Pride month but also honour the strength of the community, specifically in regard to the mental health hurdles that the LGBTQIA+ community has faced,” Delevingne said in a statement.

In an effort to raise awareness and support, Puma will donate 20% of the proceeds from the sales of the collection to the Cara Delevingne Foundation, a project of the Giving Back Fund, which supports a variety of LGBTQ+ organizations and charities around the world such as The Trevor Project, Mind Out and GLAAD.

In Canada specifically, Puma will be partnering with IN Magazine (hey, that’s us!) in support of the Forever Free Collection, to identify and financially support local LGBTQ+ organizations across the country.

Puma’s Forever Free Pride 2021 capsule collection, created in partnership with Cara Delevingne, is available now at select retailers across the country and online at puma.ca.
