Lulu’s Lodge: John Howard Society Of Saskatchewan

Provides a five-bedroom supportive transitional home for 2SLGBTQI+ youth, 16 to 21 years of age, facing homelessness in Regina. Also provides a live-in mentor, guidance and support around education, physical health, mental wellness, family reunification, legal matters and advocacy.

YWCA Moncton

Part of the YWCA Canada movement, a leading voice for women, girls, two-spirit and gender-diverse people. Works to eliminate gender-based violence, build affordable housing and advocate for workplace equity.

Windsor Residence For Young Men

Offers a supervised transitional housing residence, as well as a recreation room, computer room, classroom, counselling rooms and full-time supervision, with meals and basic needs provided. Supports young men ages 16 to 24 as they leave homelessness behind to build new lives. Also helps homeless young men integrate into the community and reconnect with extended family or independent living, education and employment.

Anishnawbe Health Toronto

Improves, supports and promotes the health, well-being and healing of Indigenous Peoples within a multidisciplinary healthcare model. Offers crisis management programs, specialized mental health services, walk-in counselling, youth outreach programs, physiotherapist, community health worker training programs, two-spirit and trans peer support, counselling and housing support.
