Referrals accepted from case managers, crisis workers, police officers, victims’ services, shelters and community organizations (no self-referrals).

Offers practical supports for people living with HIV/AIDS, including financial and food assistance.
Offers a drop-in program (snacks and dinner), facilitated group discussions, homework help, job search support and educational services on topics such as nutrition, eating on a budget and safe food handling (meals include vegan and vegetarian options), guest speakers, workshops and recreational activities (transportation fare available).
Offers drop-in support programs for 2SLGBTQI+ youth between 13 and 20 years old. Also provides weekly dinner for older adults and adults, weekly support groups for transgender and gender diverse people, young adult social groups and family support groups.
Offers support for the health and wellness of 2SLGBTQI+ people in the Ottawa/Outaouais region by providing accessible resources, events, and social and educational programming to celebrate people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
