Watch Ginger Minj & Your Fave Drag Queens Pay Tribute To Dolly Parton In ‘Jolene’ Remix Video

Ginger Minj, Manila Luzon, BenDeLaCreme, BeBe Zahara Benet, Alaska Thunderfuck, and Katya pay tribute to Dolly Parton in a remix of “Jolene”…

In celebration of Dumplin’, Netflix’s latest original film, RuPaul’s Drag Race fave Ginger Minj is starring in a just-released remix video of Dolly Parton’s classic hit, “Jolene.”

Dumplin’ is a coming-of-age film about body positivity and Dolly Parton. Willowdean (Danielle Macdonald) is a plus-size teenage girl who finds solace in the lyrics of Parton’s music. After she’s put down one too many times for her size, she decides to enter the local pageant as a form of protest. This brings her toe-to-toe with her own mother, Rosie (Jennifer Aniston), the pageant director and a local celeb from her own days of pageantry.

Ginger Minj has a key role in the film… playing a Dolly Parton impersonator who helps elevate Willowdean’s pageantry as only a drag mother knows how.

To help promote Dumplin’ Ginger Minj pays tribute to Parton in a fun and campy video remix of “Jolene,” which also features a few of her Drag Race sisters Manila Luzon, BenDeLaCreme, BeBe Zahara Benet, Alaska Thunderfuck, and Katya.

The “Jolene” remix is now available on the Dumplin’ soundtrack. You can watch the video below:
