Everything You Need To Know About Edmonton Pride Festival 2025

We’ve curated a list of events to check out during Edmonton Pride Festival from August 22 to 24, 2025

Edmonton Pride Festival is back August 22 to 24, and you’re not going to want to miss it. After a seven year hiatus the Pride Parade will once again march through Edmonton city streets celebrating love and acceptance. This year will also mark the first ever Trans March, which is sure to be a powerful affair given the current political climate in the province.

The festival will welcome Drag Race winner Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 and our favourite disqualified queen Willam for an epic sing-along.

We’ve put together a list of the marquee events for you to check out. For more information visit the Edmonton Pride Festival website.

Fan Park at ICE District (10104 104 Ave NW)
Admission: Free or VIP Tickets for $64.10

What better way to start off Edmonton Pride than what is being described as a “wild, glitter-soaked, full-sensory spectacle under the stars.” Fefe Dobson headlines along with performances by tribute acts honouring Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift. There will also be drag queens, pole dancers and go-go dancers at the event. So pull out that cowboy hat, put on some fringe and denim, and head over to Fan Park where “queer chaos meets cowboy fantasy.” Oh…and there is a mechanical bull. Get VIP Tickets here.

For fans of the podcast Race Chaser, you cannot miss this event. This Brunch Sing-Along is hosted by Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 and Willam along with YouTube’s original meme queen Kelly (OMG Shoes). Don’t lose your voice over the weekend, because Alaska and Willam will be expecting you to sing at the top of your lungs and louder than the sound system. Every attendee will get a free inflatable microphone so they can belt out the tunes of pop divas like Britney Spears, Madonna and Beyonce. Plus there will be drag performances and hopefully a little shade like on the podcast. Get your tickets here.
