Did Anna Camp Just Introduce Her New Girlfriend?

The Pitch Perfect actress seems to have been soft-launching a relationship with stylist Jade Whipkey for months now…

Anna Camp may have found her perfect duet partner.

Last night, the Pitch Perfect actress seemingly announced her relationship with writer and on-set stylist Jade Whipkey on Instagram. Camp reposted an image of herself from Whipkey’s Instagram Stories that read “Her smile is a poem. Her eyes are roses. Her laugh is music for dancing.” The repost was accompanied by the addition of a heart emoji followed by Whipkey’s handle.

While many are obsessing over the post, Camp may have been soft-launching a relationship with Whipkey for a while now. Fans were quick to resurface Instagram posts and TikTok videos from as far back as February of the pair.

In a TikTok video from earlier this year, creator Mr. Big USA spoke to Camp and Whipkey about their dating horror stories. Throughout the on-the-street style interview, the two have a playful exchange with Camp calling Whipkey “babe.” At the one minute mark, when asked what Camp expects from a guy on the first date the actress responds, “I don’t expect anything from a guy anymore because [I’m dating a woman], and it’s great!” While many have reported the actress saying “I’m dating a woman,” the audio is a little hard to decipher as the microphone cuts out during the proclamation.

Fans also shared a screengrab from Camp’s Instagram Story from earlier in the month with an image of Whipkey and the caption “Date Night.”

The relationship would be the first publicly recorded one for Camp with a woman. The YOU star was previously married to Criminal Minds actor Michael Mosley and Pitch Perfect costar Skylar Astin.

After her divorce with Astin, Camp shared on a panel for her show Perfect Harmony how she had embarked on a journey of self-discovery. “I’ve had some life changes go on, and I feel more me than I ever, ever have. It’s a vulnerable place to be, but it’s also really empowering,” she shared. “I just feel really grounded and that the decisions I’ve been making have been for the best. So, that’s good.”

Though she has not confirmed her sexuality or relationship with Whipkey in a statement or in interviews, these digital breadcrumbs seem to suggest that Camp has found someone who hits all the right notes.
