Netflix Gives 'Carol' The Christmas Sing-Along It Deserves

The 12 Days of Carolmas…

On the first day of Christmas, our true love gave to us, a singalong to Carol, one of the best movies in recent years.

The 2015 Todd Haynes classic (Yes, we’re calling it a classic) features Rooney Mara as a shopgirl who falls in love with Cate Blanchett’s Carol, who looks amazing in fur and her general Blanchett-ness.

If that wasn’t enough, Netflix has created a series of videos featuring women dressed as Carol and Therese singing classic holiday tunes suited to the movie.

Netflix Canada (The gay one) was obviously there to celebrate:

So wrap yourself in some (faux) fur, make a martini or three and sing along to the 12 days of Carolmas, then finish with a viewing of Carol.
