PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS Prior to a car accident in July 2014, I was very dedicated to my fitness regimen. Since then, my energy level and focus have diminished, and my main goal is to regain that earlier dedication.
FITNESS STRATEGY Incorporating an all-natural meal plan to regain energy levels and proper rest between workouts for proper muscle recovery.
HOBBIES Photography and experimenting in the kitchen creating a variety of healthy and delicious food options.
INSPIRATION SOURCES My inspiration comes from fitness Instagrams and nutritional blogs, as they keep me motivated and focused on my goals.
BEST LIFE LESSON SO FAR Do not take your health for granted! Recovery from the car accident has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced physically and emotionally. I am very blessed to have such a great support system.
