We are thrilled to be gearing up for our next phase of runs. Starting February 8th and ending March 29th, we challenge you to join us for our next 8 week program!
Not a runner? We’ve got you covered! We now have two separate runs that will help to challenge you no matter your fitness level.
Ready-Set-Go: Designed to teach you the ins and outs of running. Great for beginners. (3km-5km)
Regular: Designed to challenge even the experts. (5km-8km)

What is the IN Run Crew?
IN Magazine + Nike have joined forces for the 2nd edition of the IN Run Crew, an LGBT run to welcome members of the community and allies to join. The goal is to finish four 8 week long training runs.
The first run started September 15th at the Nike Loft (548 Richmond Street West) and will continue every Thursday for until November 3rd. Each run is roughly 5 kilometers and lasts around 30-40 minutes.
Our Mission is to inspire, unite and celebrate our diversity, while developing a healthy routine and lifestyle. Whether you’re a pro or just a beginner wanting to start, we will help you.
Who can join?
All levels of running and fitness experience are welcome.
Our 13 LGBT fitness influencers, along with Nike’s run pacers, as they will help, assist and guide you along each run from start to finish.
What you need to bring
Please come dressed with any gear you feel comfortable running in and be ready to go. All run routes are outside, so dress accordingly. We supply bottles of water at each run. Feel free to share photos of the run, and don’t forget to tag us on Instagram and Twitter @INMagazineCA and use the hashtags #INRunCrew and #NikeToronto
