RuPaul Announces Holiday Drag Race Special

Happy RuPaul-idays Kitty Girls…

It looks like we won’t have to wait until spring 2019 to sissy that walk again, because RuPaul’s Drag Race is getting a holiday special! This December, VH1 is airing Drag Race Holi-Slay Spectacular!

The series will feature eight queens from races past, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Sonique, Eureka O’Hara, Mayhem Miller, Jasmine Masters, Shangela, and reigning All Star Trixie Mattel. This is a seriously stacked cast and I for one cannot wait to see these belles sleigh!

The holiday special will be hosted and judged by RuPaul (obviously, are you new here?). Joining Ru on the panel are seasoned Drag Race judges Michelle Visage, Ross Mathews, and choreographer, and YouTube personality Todrick Hall. The queens will be performing songs from Ru’s holiday albums Christmas Party, and Slay Belles.

The first ever Drag Race Christmas Queen will be crowned during the hour-long event on December 7, at 8 p.m. on VH1. Now if you excuse me I have to go prepare by death dropping in a tacky Christmas sweater.
